Swerte Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Swerte platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Swerte.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of Swerte after any update to these terms is taken as acceptance of the revised version.

To register and play on Swerte, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.
• You have not previously had a Swerte account that was suspended or terminated for violation of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a Swerte team member.

Swerte reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on Swerte. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), OTP delivery, and account recovery.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Swerte support immediately.

KYC Verification

Swerte requires identity verification before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents as part of the KYC process. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and helps protect all players on the platform.

Currency

All transactions on Swerte are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved. Your account balance is always displayed in PHP.

Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be approved. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the time of the request. Swerte does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Swerte may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own set of terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account may not be withdrawn directly — they must be used for gameplay as described in the applicable promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Swerte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion is strictly prohibited. Swerte reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abusive behaviour, and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.

Swerte offers a range of games including slot games, fish games, live casino tables, and sports betting. Each game category and individual title operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface or game information section.

Fairness

Swerte works with established game providers to ensure that all game outcomes are fair and consistent. Random number generation (RNG) governs the outcomes of applicable games. The results of completed rounds are final and cannot be reversed once a game session has ended normally.

Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game session, Swerte will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, affected bets may be refunded at Swerte's discretion. Swerte is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the platform. These are displayed within each game. Swerte reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Swerte platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Swerte platform or its underlying systems.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any activity that Swerte reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or verification.

Swerte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request is made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or dispute initiated against a deposit transaction.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard verification requirements.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting Swerte support. Self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools take effect immediately and will prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period you select.

Swerte is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. There is no guaranteed outcome in any game on the platform.
